Mental Health:

Addiction Recovery Center/ ARC / Townsend Recovery / TownsendARC

The Addiction Recovery Center "ARC" was started in the late 1980's by Dr. Albert Menduni and continued to be one of the Tallahassee area's major sources for mental health and addictions treatment, under the guidance of Barbara Kavanagh until the center was purchased by Townsend Recovery in 2007.  Townsend brought new technologies and ideas to the existing excellent care ARC was providing.  Today TownsendARC is a melding of old-fashioned patient support and concern combined with emerging technologies and treatment modalities to provide state of the art patient centered care to provide faster and longlasting problem resolution.
